Product Manager
- Owns/responsible for all aspects of their Product
Fully remote with travel as required - UK preferred
- Product Manager is responsible for one Product, acting as miniCEO for with endtoend and toptobottom visibility & influence (_de facto_ SME).
- Product Manager is responsible for driving evidencebased decisions to create, manage & deliver their product's Vision*, Strategy*, Roadmap & Release & delivery of their respective product. (* See CPO)
- Face of and _defacto_ endtoend authority, responsible for all aspects of their product
- Developing & evangelising Product Strategy, Roadmap, Releases & GTM
- Driving evidencebased decisions relating to the Product through proactive primary & secondary R&A
- Driving disciplined, balance, contextual & commercially sound Product decision
- Monitoring & managing team of Product Owners
- Designing, planning, executing & evaluating Prototypes & Proofs of Concept (POCs), ready to incorporate into Roadmap
Must have:
- 5+ years Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
- 34 years as Product Manager
- 34 years Agile working
- 34 years as Product Manager
- 34 years of Primary & Secondary R&A
- 34 years managing teams directly (Product Owners) & indirectly (developers)
- 34 years developing & delivering against product Visions, Strategies & Roadmaps
- 23 years Partner management & engagement experience ideally Salesforce, HubSpot etc.
Should Have:
- 23 years marketing experience, ideally with marketing agencies
- 23 years' experience developing & managing POCs
- Either a healthy balance between startups & enterprise, or specifically midmarket experience
- Multiple roles lasting longer than 2 years

- Previously worked as Product Owner
- Passionate about Product Management & Product Development
- Obsessed with creating customer value
- Customercentric, focused on identifying, understanding, prioritising & solving customer problems to drive value
- Champion of UX & evidencebased decisionmaking
- Balanced approach between commercial (ROI) & technical (viability)
- Balanced between tactical (shortterm) & strategic (Longterm)
- Detailsoriented, viewing things bottomup, but very capable of vastly simplifying complex issues to ensure accurate & clear understanding
- Experience presenting to and working with CEO & CXO
- Excellent time management skills
- Demonstrably performs well underpressure, while being able to identify & prioritise tasks for impact
- Preferably career path customerfacing discipline rather than technology
- Capable of working in a startup environment, that as it scales will need BOTH to remain nimble but also adopt new processes, project management & reporting. Familiarity with both, to provide a balance for both, is invaluable.
