A growing business is seeking to recruit a new production manager for their complicated and fast paced facility.

Production Manager

A challenging role where you will be establishing fresh KPI, brining structure to an existing process and helping to meet an expected doubling in turnover over the next 2-3 years' time scale.

You will be adept at understanding the flow of materials through a production process, planning to avoid and resolve problems, and increase productivity.

You will have a good grasp of key production concepts and have an eye for the figures that underpin production activities.

You will need to be a strong people manager and keep your workforce safe and motivated.
