What to expect


This exciting role will support the Strategy and Sustainability Business Office team on a day-to-day basis, primarily the Strategy and Sustainability Business Manager and the Strategy and Sustainability Communications Manager.


This role will contribute to the effective delivery of business objectives through proactive execution of administrative and operational support to the business.

The role will support in all business management and event related responsibilities, such as Strategy and Sustainability First Line meetings, operational delivery and action follow up, plus communications.

Key Accountabilities and
Responsibilities

  • Support operational key activities delivery across the Strategy and Sustainability function.
  • Support the coordination of all Strategy and Sustainability First line governance and business office activities.
  • Manage and drive rigorous action follow up across all activities, from Board meetings, Strategy and Sustainability First Line meetings, Business Planning etc.
  • Manage and support the implementation of the Strategy and Sustainability Communication Strategy including data analysis.
  • Work with the Strategy and Sustainability business areas to generate content and approvals based on Strategy and Sustainability Communication strategy and the corporate strategic direction.
  • Using digital expertise, lead the design, development and management of the Strategy and Sustainability intranet site and support development of data visualisation.
  • Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested.
  • Create and maintain crossfunctional relationships that enables Strategy and Sustainability alignment and effectiveness.
  • Support the Strategy and Sustainability Business Manager to prepare for Board meetings.
  • Ensure all Strategy and Sustainability Business Management related actions are rigorously followed up through an effective action management process and framework with Strategy and Sustainability First Line and Business Managers.
  • Oversee and manage the Strategy and Sustainability Calendar jointly with CCO's Executive Assistant and the CEO office.
  • Support in acting as a liaison between the CEO Business Office and Strategy and Sustainability function, nurturing & fostering relationships and ensuring alignment is maintained.
  • Champion and lead change management and PULSE activities across the Strategy and Sustainability Function.
  • Source relevant stories for Strategy and Sustainability Talk across Strategy and Sustainability Functions to review at editorial meetings.
  • Create and maintain Strategy and Sustainability Intranet page aligning with the Strategy and Sustainability Business functions and regions for content and approvals.
  • Highlevel Project management and delivery of events as required.

What you'll need

  • Previous experience in business operations activities
  • Senior stakeholder management experience
  • Proven ability to analyse and create robust presentations outlining delivery and outcomes
  • Able to work accurately and with close attention to detail
  • Proficient communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills (at all levels)
  • Proven strong IT skills, able to analyse data for reporting purposes
  • Capable of working to tight deadlines and able to prioritise workload
  • Strong networking skills.
