The Role:
We are looking to appoint a well-organized, forward thinking and customer-focused person to assist the Faculty Finance team.
Reporting to the Faculty Finance and Procurement Manager, the post holder will be responsible for tasks such as processing expense claims, payments and time sheets, raising invoices and contracts, booking travel and conferences, ordering goods and services, preparation of accounting journals and expense reports.
The postholder will ensure that University regulations are followed, and assist with queries from colleagues.
Excellent customer service and IT skills (Excel, Word), an ability to prioritize and work to deadlines and commitment to team work and personal development are required.
The working pattern for this post is 18.5 hours (0.5 FTE) per week - hours to be agreed on appopintment but Monday to Friday mornings preferred.
