The vacancy
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sport/Gym Lecturer to join our team at DN Colleges Group.

As a Sport/Gym Lecturer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students enrolled in sport and fitness-related programs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work collaboratively as part of one or more curriculum teams, undertaking specific duties as assigned and in consultation with other staff members.
  • Attend and actively contribute to regular area meetings, ensuring effective program management and meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Engage in recruitment and marketing activities, conduct student interviews, and foster relationships with the wider community in alignment with college strategies.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by working evenings and weekends as required to support student needs and program requirements.
  • Motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential by fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

The LET's Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft.

Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
