Description
We are looking for an organised, approachable and driven People Operations Coordinator to join our People Team.

In this role you will work in a fast paced environment supporting the day to day running of the People Team and provide support to employees across the organisation, being responsible for completing a range of administrative tasks, assisting with the organisation of company events and will oversee and manage the employee lifecycle with guidance from our People Operations Manager.


  • This role would be suitable for someone looking to fasttrack their career in People Management and who is looking to begin developing valuable knowledge and skills related to people practice.
Key Responsibilities

  • Be a reliable point of contact for queries from team members, providing timely responses to questions or escalating accordingly
  • Support employees across the business with daytoday people operations including HRIS use, benefits and company policies
  • Maintain the HIRS system ensuring all employee information, including absences, are accurate and updated regularly
  • With support from the People Operations Manager, oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to post exit
  • Manage the onboarding process of new employees and ensure they have access to the necessary tools for their job which will require working closely with the Talent Acquisition, IT and Operations teams
  • Conduct research on the feasibility of relocating or enabling short term work in other countries for team members which will involve visa and local registration requirements, liaising with immigration lawyers where required
  • Be responsible for administration tasks related to the People Operations team including scanning contracts, updating employee records and processing new starter documentation including medical and emergency contact information
  • Assist the People Operations Manager with the visa and right to work check process
  • Work with our Employer of Record to ensure international hires are successfully onboarded
  • Maintain and update our People Team Confluence site, a knowledge base for all things People related
  • Be an ambassador of company culture through assisting with arranging and running events such as volunteering, socials, reward and wellness programmes
  • Assist with other adhoc people team projects and tasks
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Minimum of 6 months prior experience in a People based role
  • Previous experience with onboarding process' and the employee lifecycle would be beneficial
  • Strong active listening, written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and work both independently as well as within a team
  • Proficient in Office 365 (word, PowerPoint and excel)
