    About the Digital Transformation Consulting (DTC) practice at Atos
  • As a member of DTC, you will operate within a fastpaced consulting environment, comprised of more than 850 diverse and successful experts worldwide. Our teams work on challenging digital projects that deliver creative and innovative solutions across multiple industries and sectors.

    What we offer
  • With this role you will join the Digital Strategy and Experience (DSE) Practice within the DTC team. This practice is responsible for enabling our clients to design digital businesses and become game changers in their industries, to accelerate and realise business value with digital.
We partner with a diverse range of clients, to support their digital transformation journeys, in multiple ways including:
strategy, digital maturity assessments, business models, investment cases, innovation, transformation design, platform enablement and life-based experience design.
About the role

  • We are looking for an individual who brings the ability to collaborate with clients, and provide handson digital transformation design and delivery consultancy, to turn strategy into reality. Someone who will set up and lead a team, establish the core governance required to support sustainable change and take clients on the steps required to move them forward on their transformation journey.
    Required skills and experience
  • Experience in delivering client facing projects or programmes using both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage a multifunctional team of consultants, designers, researchers and/or developers across the endtoend transformation lifecycle, to deliver a quality output that meets and exceeds client expectations.
  • Commercial awareness, including proven experience in building and extending client relationships, particularly the ability to understand clients' needs and challenges, leading to tangible sales. Experience of leading or contributing to bids for new opportunities.
  • Proven ability to work with, develop and lead diverse matrix teams. Experience of enabling learning and development for a team and its members.
  • Experience in developing digital strategy or transformation roadmaps
  • Experience in delivering or overseeing quantitative and qualitative research to assess challenges faced by organisations in today's digital market (spanning industry, market, competition and customer)
