Creating purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices between plant locations and customer.
Tackling queries from quality and warehouse regarding stock.
Updating SAP with key information.
Liaising with customer services and customers keeping them updated.
Liaising with the warehouse function on stock and stock analysis.
Purchasing raw materials both inventory and noninventory to provide holiday cover.
Creating T cards to support the make to order process. Accountable for replenishment of cards.
Managing plan changes with the planning team.
Contribute to key operational meetings.

The Successful Applicant:

Required Skills and Experience

Strong analytic skills with demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make recommendations.
Prior operational administration experience within manufacturing with internal and external manufacturing partners would be advantageous (But not Essential)
Good overall understanding of the supply chain process flows.
Excel skills with ability to analyse data and make recommendations
Ability to multitask and successfully develop and execute plans in a dynamic environment.
Interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation.
