Description

Belmont House is a family run residential care home in Brixham where the environment reflects a home from home feel for the staff and our old folks.

We care for up to 21 elderly folks, with a range of physical needs including some with varying levels of dementia.

We are looking for someone to join our enthusiastic team who has patience, compassion and a desire to look after our elderly residents.

Role Description

• Hours of work are part time / full time / holiday cover /alternate weekends

hours per week

• Assisting with personal care to a high standard.
• Ensuring good team work
• Escorting clients to appointments...
• Report to your Senior and line Manager.
• Promote holistic care.
• Promote and join in with activities.
• Attend training in up holding skills for your role.

Role Requirements

Experience in caring for the elderly is beneficial and a qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable for this position.

Good communication skills are essential.

Successful enhanced DBS check is required for this role. Paid by the Company

It would benefit staff and residents if the employee is double vaccinated for covid-19
