Description
The ICT Department are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic administrator with good customer service skills to fill a newly created post within Oxleas.
This role will involve providing routine user support of the Trust's clinical ICT systems, providing first time fix solutions to systems related incidents recorded via the ICT Service Desk.
Tasks will include:
- setting up and amending new user accounts, teams and clinics and security as requested
- providing end user supportby understanding and interpreting the complex issues presented by users to best assess an appropriate response
The post holder must have:
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- a high level of computer literacy on software packages such as Excel, Word and information systems
- administration experience
- meticulous attention to detail
