We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Assistant to join our small, committed maintenance team accountable to the Maintenance Manager.

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for a wide range of duties and responsibilities connected with the smooth, efficient, and effective running of the College.

A flexible and willing attitude is essential for the successful applicant who will be hard-working, able to follow instruction, confident to work alone or as part of a team.

You will take pride in your work, have good attention to detail and an awareness of Health & Safety.

Own transport is required as there is no public transport available.

Pay:
£20,670.00

Benefits:

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri 8am-4pm (flexibility around hours may be considered)

Maintenance Manager

Probation Period:
One Month
