• Ensure the safety and security of the premises and individuals within

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts

• Surveillance: Ability to monitor and assess situations using surveillance equipment and techniques
• First Aid: Knowledge of basic first aid procedures to provide immediate assistance if needed
• CCTV: Familiarity with closed circuit television systems for monitoring and recording activities
• Loss Prevention: Understanding of loss prevention strategies to identify and prevent theft or damage to property

• Must possess a valid Door Supervisor license/certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in highpressure situations
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
