Every member of our team is important to us and due to expansion, we now need a new Full Time, Manufacturing Production Operative to work at our busy factory in Lincoln.

The role involves the picking and packing of customer orders, processing, and administering stock through the warehouse, labelling packaging, and assisting with the manufacturing of our products and helping with the upkeep of the factory, as well as carrying out a whole variety of other general duties.

We need someone who is a hard worker and team player and will to carry out their duties with pride and care.

Along with ensuring health and safety and our core values and service standards are maintained at the highest level.

Sound literacy and numeracy skills are required for this role, plus an ability to think for themselves and become a dedicated member of a hugely successful team.

Full training is given on the job, with the chance to progress further within this award-winning business.
