    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    The Legal Counsel will support the company with legal matters in the EMEA region, specifically focusing on contract management and administration.

    This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer-facing contracts, such as Software as a Service Agreements (SaaS) for Cloud and Subscription, Master Service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.

    The role requires close collaboration with the sales and commercial teams to negotiate win-win agreements with customers, partners, and resellers.

    About You:

    We are seeking a commercially-minded lawyer with experience in negotiating Cloud/SaaS, software licensing, and other commercial contracts.

    A can-do attitude and a 'deal doer' mindset are essential, along with an interest in technology, cybersecurity, and/or privacy related matters.

    Ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of post-qualification experience, although those with more or less experience will be considered.

    Work Arrangements:

    This role can be worked fully remotely from anywhere in the UK, with occasional travel to company offices in Greater Manchester and Buckinghamshire required at times.
