Hours:
Permanent and Full-Time hours from 35 to 37.5hrs per week.

The Role:

Here at Connect Worldwide, we are looking for leaders to join our teams. Covering Southampton as well as growth into surrounding areas. There are big opportunities to develop a team and progress in the role.


As a leader, you need to be able to support and grow a successful team of fundraisers who will be engaging with the general public inspiring them to support some of the biggest household name charities in the UK.

Our teams come from a variety of different working backgrounds but we do have one thing in common.

We are all incredibly passionate about the work that we do here and it motivates us to do the best job we possibly can.

Essential experience:


  • Experience in Direct Sales generally
  • Experience in dealing with the Public face to face
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Facetoface fundraising experience.
  • Experience in Events / PS / Venue sales specifically / D2D
