Description
We are seeking an Appointment Administrator to join our team.

You will be responsible for making client appointments for several financial advisers, managing diaries and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.


Responsibilities:


  • Make client appointments and manage the diaries of the financial advisers
  • Administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed
  • Communicate with clients and providers as needed
  • Prepare reports for appointments

Requirements:


  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
