A top UK law firm is looking to hire a new Contracts Manager to join the London office on a permanent basis to work closely with the General Counsel to efficiently manage and deliver the contractual aspects of the firm's procurement of third-party suppliersto the Firm in the UK.

The role is offering a salary of up to £63,000 plus excellent benefits and agile working.


Responsibilities will include being primary responsibly for the reviewing and negotiation of supplier agreements to be entered into by the UK, identifying key risks and explaining those to the relevant business services function, liaising with the legaland business services teams and any other relevant "in house" stakeholders to understand the key requirements and associated timelines for implementing, renewing and terminating supplier agreements, liaising with the relevant internal teams to regularly promotethe use of the new contract management system, assisting with the ongoing development of the contract management system and the process for how the contract lifecycle is maintained, tracked and communicated to the relevant teams, coordinating and delegatingtasks to the relevant areas to ensure deliverables to settling and signing up contracts are met and being responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the contract management system, the contract lifecycle processes, templates and intranet links.


The successful Contracts / Procurement Manager should be degree educated, with experience working in a procurement team within a law firm, in addition to excellent communication, written and negotiation skills in addition to excellent Microsoft Office experience.

Standard hours are 9.30am

  • 5.30pm with a salary of up to £63,000 is on offer plus excellent benefits and agile working.
