Responsibilities of the role:
- Triage all customer complaints, MP and Councillor enquiries and where appropriate allocate in accordance with organisations complaint procedure
- Monitor complaint resolutions and ensure all actions are delivered within agreed timescales
- Allocate MP and Councillor enquiries, monitoring compliance with service standard timescales
- Work collaboratively with the Customer Experience Advisors/Specialists to collect customer feedback to support our lessons learnt and continuous improvement approach
- Assist in the compilation of relevant information and statistics required by internal and external stakeholder
- Provide administration support for the Customer Experience team
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships which will enhance service delivery
- Act in the interests of customers and actively promote and demonstrate values
Essential experience/requirements:
- Previous experience within this position
- Good ICT knowledge
