Hours: - 5 Mon - Fri


Responsibilities of the role:

  • Triage all customer complaints, MP and Councillor enquiries and where appropriate allocate in accordance with organisations complaint procedure
  • Monitor complaint resolutions and ensure all actions are delivered within agreed timescales
  • Allocate MP and Councillor enquiries, monitoring compliance with service standard timescales
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Experience Advisors/Specialists to collect customer feedback to support our lessons learnt and continuous improvement approach
  • Assist in the compilation of relevant information and statistics required by internal and external stakeholder
  • Provide administration support for the Customer Experience team
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships which will enhance service delivery
  • Act in the interests of customers and actively promote and demonstrate values

Essential experience/requirements:

  • Previous experience within this position
  • Good ICT knowledge
