The Role


In this role, you will be provided with the training and tools to work from a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and progress to Director level.

You will undergo a 6-week training programme in all areas of the business and have the opportunity to learn fromexperienced Consultants who have successfully been on the journey you are about to start.


You will move towards having complete ownership of your own desk, running it how you want, we encourage an autonomous environment that is directly related to high performance.

With Hunter Gatherer AHP being on the major Healthcare Frameworks across the UK,HTE, CPP and CCS this means that we already have strong relationships in the industry which will help you when you start.


To succeed in this role, you will need to be motivated by progression as well as being incredibly hard working.

You will need to have the ability to think on your feet as well as be a problem solver. A thick skin and the ability to have a positive, can-doattitude is a must


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Database searching
  • Posting job adverts via job boards
  • Arranging interviews, interview preparation and follow up
  • Business development & cold calling
  • Liaising with Compliance when needed
  • Other ahhoc tasks relevant to your role
