About the role
We have a fabulous opportunity for a Customer Contract Manager to join the Legal Team at DS Smith.

Working within the Packaging Division, you will be managing a number of large and complex supplier contracts and supporting our Sales Team with drafting, reviewingand the negotiation of supplier contracts as well as supporting tender negotiations as required.

This role also collaborates with other members of the Legal Team to ensure our policies and practices are maintained as well as providing support to members of the Sales Team and customers to ensure they are conveyed in a commercial manner.

So, if you have experience in managing commercial contracts, comfortable in the art of negotiation and able to build relationships with both internal and external partners quickly - then we might be looking for you

About you

Relevant experience in commercial contracts management, with prior inhouse experience as a member of a legal department
Capable of balancing competing priorities in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment with a high level of professionalism
Able to work independently but also comfortable building strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders around the business
Strong organisational skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects at any given time
Bachelor's Degree in related topic such as Business Administration or Law (or equivalent)
