**Permanent contract | £27,344 to £29,439 per annum (Scale G) | 37 hours per week | Saddlebow Depot
We are looking for an organised and self-motivated individual to join our Highways Maintenance team based at King's Lynn. You will need to have experience of working in highway maintenance, construction or other engineering environment.


You will be assisting with the delivery of the highway maintenance service in W2 sector and working closely with the existing Highway Engineer.

Your responsibilities will require you to respond to service requests from the public, as well as other internal / external customers.

You will therefore need to possess excellent communication skills in order to deliver high quality customer service.


Duties can involve the delivery of the service in emergency situations, such as flooding or winter conditions, which may require work outside normal working hours.

You will be required to travel in order to deal with customer service requests and therefore you will need to be able to travel to places not accessible on public transport routes.
