Today Oner Active is now generating £50m annual revenue and we're now in a position to create a new operational board, where this role will sit.

This role will work closely with our senior leadership team and co-founder Krissy Cela to achieve the revenues of £500m in 5 years.


We are seeking a talented and experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to join our eCommerce team, who'll report to our eCommerce UX Manager.

As the UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces that elevate our online store's overall user experience.

Creative UX Design:

  • Develop visually appealing and onbrand user interfaces for our eCommerce platform.
  • Combine artistic and creative flair with usercentric design principles.

Graphic Design:

  • Create highquality graphics, icons, and visual elements to enhance the user experience.
  • Collaborate with the brand / marketing team to design engaging assets to deploy across eCommerce stores.

Prototyping and Wireframing:

  • Produce interactive prototypes and wireframes to illustrate design concepts.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to ensure design alignment with business goals.
  • Provide creative input and guidance on overall brand aesthetics.

User Research and Testing:

  • Work closing with the wider Trading / UX team to conduct user research to understand design preferences and behaviours.
Participate in usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.


About you:


  • 3+ years' experience as an UX Designer in a direct to consumer eCommerce brand, ideally within the apparel category;
  • Fully operational to leading edge experience with UX design with a creative / graphic design bias and proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Working knowledge of demand creation and optimisation of inbound traffic channels from Organic, Earned, Paid Media & CRM;
  • Intellectual and emotional intelligence; you understand how to maximise output in conversion activity where a blend of skills and experience are required (data analysis vs creative visual merchandising and UX are quite different approaches);
  • A test and learn methodology at the heart of your execution;
  • Able to work in a highperformance environment and deliver against challenging deadlines;
  • Willingness to learn new approaches and adapt to different working styles;
  • Have a proven track record as a commercial individual, who understands brand, fans and customers;
  • You are independent and selfdirected but able to work and lead a team of creative individuals;
  • A quick learner who can process lots of information and prioritise / has a bias for action;
  • Are bullish about Oner Active and its potential.
