What's involved for the Recruitment Coordinator
- Support hiring managers to fill job openings
- Coach and guide managers around best recruitment practices
- Conduct telephone screenings
- Verify ID and employment checks
- Create a PSL and SLA's to ensure excellent performance
- Compile reports for HR purposes
- Participate in recruitment fairs
What you'll need
- MUST have previous recruitment experience
- Have a strong understanding of recruitment practices
- In house experience is ideal but agency recruiters also considered
- Understanding of employment law and practices
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
