Hyde is looking to recruit a Customer Service Trainer.

As a Customer Service Trainer at Hyde you will be lead on the training and continuous update of skills and knowledge for the Customer Contact and Digital Services teams to meet the changing and ongoing needs of the business.


Responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering induction training to new starters in the Customer Services team.
  • Developing and implementing training to customer facing staff in the Customer Operations and Digital Services team.
  • Working closely with line managers to identify and implement creative learning interventions to ensure service levels are maintained and improved, including systems and soft skills training.
  • Ensuring the Customer Services team delivers the highest standards of customer service in line with Hyde's vision, values, policies, and service promise.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a customer service trainer role is essential.
  • Knowledge of Northgate and/or Salesforce is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience within Housing is desirable.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to use initiative and hit the ground running.
