Invigorate Recruitment is working with its client a property business in Wetherby to recruit a
Sales Negotiator/Estate Agent into the team.

As the
Sales Negotiator/Estate Agent you will be responsible for generating interest from existing 'leads' on their CRM system.

You will be working in a team of negotiators/property consultants dealing with enquiries from motivated vendors that you determine would like an offer for the sale of their property, with a view to get them on board with company services and ultimately purchasing it below market value (BMV).


Specifically, with regard to customer satisfaction, you will look after the vendors in terms of their requirements, needs and with a professional, quality approach that sets the business apart from their competitors.

You will be responsible for responding immediately to customer questions and notifying relevant parties about any issues with the property.

Staying on top of all client cases and coordinating with other departments is essential in this position.


Key Responsibilities for the Sales Negotiator/Estate Agent:

  • Contact leads from the inhouse system.
  • Gain comprehensive information from the vendor on their property.
  • Complete inhouse lead forms and notify the customer they will be contacted.
  • Ability to establish a relationship with potential customers.
  • Maintaining contact with potential clients and gaining updates on their current situation
  • Maintaining client files and general administration
  • Manage incoming enquiries.
  • Researching market value of properties nationwide
  • Gathering information on the property in order to propose a sensible offer.
  • Follow up old leads to win their business
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Continuous communication with vendors to retain their expectations and update with the progression of the purchase.
  • Use the inhouse 3step process to make appointments for the regional managers to visit the property.
  • Seek opportunities to pass referrals to other elements of the business.
  • Liaise with Team Manager when issues arise.

Skills and Experience for the Sales Negotiator/Estate Agent

  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport.
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to overcome objections.
  • Computer literate
  • Proactive
  • Basic knowledge of the property market essential
  • Sales Experience (essential)

£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
