• Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
• Support the maintenance and management of the company's WordPress website, ensuring content is uptodate, SEOoptimised, and responsive to customer needs.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging and shareable content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and infographics.
• Help manage the company's social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring regular content updates and timely responses to user queries.
• Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales and technical teams, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
• Build relationships with key external stakeholders including partner marketing teams, clients and suppliers
• Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and share knowledge with team members to drive continuous improvement.

• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
• Familiarity with managing WordPress websites, including content creation and SEO optimisation.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools and platforms is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Selfmotivated, proactive, and resultsdriven, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
