Our Collections team provides services to a wide range of clients nationally.
You would be responsible for undertaking collections activity on a wide range of ledgers, maximising cash collections through both verbal & written communications.
This role would suit somebody who is looking to develop their credit control skills within a fast paced collections environment.
- Take ownership of allocated ledgers
- Log queries in a timely & accurate manner and work to resolve
- With support, look to provide information for reporting purposes
- Provide support/cover within the team
Skills Required:
- Credit Control Experience desirable
- Confident on telephone and using bespoke systems (training provided)
- Opportunities to develop further within the Company
