A new and diverse opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Building Surveyor to join a specialist building consultancy, based in their Head office in Leicester.


The Building Surveyor


The successful Building Surveyor will be joining the specialist Building Surveying Consultancy team, working on a variety of professional services and projects across predominantly the education sector.


The Building Surveyor will be working on a range of projects including refurbishments, repairs, maintenance schemes and new build developments across the education sector, including both lower and higher education.


Alongside this, there is an element of professional services including condition surveys, technical due diligence, measured surveys, design, report writing and defect diagnosis.


The Building Surveyor

  • A Building Surveying Degree
  • Ideally MRICS or working towards
  • Project delivery experience
  • Experience working within the education sector
