Customer Service Representative


Duties:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via face to face routes
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Upsell products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement

Skills:


  • Strong etiquette and communication skills
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus

Salary:
£1,500.00-£2,000.00 per month
