As a Clinic Receptionist (or Patient Services Executive as we'll call you), you're an ambassador for the Zita West Clinic in all of your interactions, whether it's meeting and greeting patients as they arrive at the clinic, or answering the phone to respond to enquiries.


  • Delivering firstclass service to everybody is second nature to you, you're friendly, passionate and positive. You deliver a memorable experience of all our patients.
  • You have great attention to detail and you demonstrate this when you're registering new patients, or inputting their data on our systems everything is done accurately.
  • It's essential that you've got outstanding customer service skills and you've worked in a reception/front of house role with high value customers. Your communication skills are exemplary, you're polite, courteous and helpful to patients at all times.

Location/Benefits:

  • This is a fulltime role working 09:0017:00 from Mon-Fri. Based at the Zita West Clinic 37 Manchester St, London W1U 7LJ however, you may be required to work from our London clinic (111 Park Road, NW8 7JL) in case of absence.
