We are recruiting an Accounts Administrator on behalf of our Client based in Peterborough.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a permanent role within a stable and expanding business.


Duties

  • Dealing with Purchase Ledger information
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Actively involved in the costing of jobs for different Customers
- using specific Customer portals to administer jobs from start to finish

  • Provide excellent support to the Accounts team
  • Deal with Customer queries on the telephone in a professional and efficient manner

Skills

  • Basic Sage experience essential
  • Outlook and Microsoft Office skills essential
  • Excellent attitude towards learning and developing
  • Ability to multi task, work independently and to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels

Working Hours & Payment
Monday to Friday finish if productivity is met)

Please note that this is a temp to perm position and the salary will increase after 2 weeks and again after 12 weeks


Job Types:

Salary:
£22,100.00-£24,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Sage: 1 year (required)
- bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
