Description
We are looking for an experience PA/ Administrator, to support their CEO for maternity cover contract. This role is being offered as as a fixed term contract or a ongoing temp position for this period.This role is based in Truro and is being offered as Part time hour 28 hours a week.
Some flexibility is needed to work the occasional evening or weekend to fit with the clients needs/ any events held on site.
Role
- Administration and organisation of events held across their three buildings.
- Management of booking system
- Management of Office reception area
- Providing admin support the other departments
- Ensuring the say to day operations of the IT systems through all office buildings is running smoothly
- Taking and producing concise meeting minutes
Skills
- Minimum of a couple of years experience in a operational or PA role.
- Quick thinker with the ability to multitask
- Experience in taking minutes
- Be a competent user of Microsoft office, including outlook
- Good written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for details and accuracy.
