We are looking for a Housekeeper / Domestic Assistant to join our team at St Georges Lodge Care Home.

Our care home team pride themselves in not only delivering the highest standards of care, but promoting the choices and individual needs of our elderly residents, making the home a happy environment for residents and team members alike.

The role of the Domestic Assistant is to work as part of a team to maintain an excellent standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the home and to ensure that it is a safe and comfortable environment at all times for our residents.

Shifts available

We can offer 20 hours per week

Desirable skills include:

As an independent residential care home providing kind, compassionate care to 26 residents, we are looking for people who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for the older generation.

A genuine interest in working within a care environment.

Good communication skills

High level cleaning standards

The successful person will be motivated, reliable, and willing to work as part of a team to help deliver outstanding care and support to the residents of St Georges Lodge.

Competitive rates of pay - £9.90ph weekdays and £10.60ph weekend

Enhanced DBS and references will be required. DBS will be paid for by the company.
