Learning Support Assistant Specification

We are currently hiring
Learning Support Assistants around Surrey who is looking to make a difference and has a genuine passion and desire to work with SEN children.

The role of a Learning Support Assistant is to support the main classroom teacher delivering their lesson plans. You will be working 1 to 1 in a classroom with either
KS1 or KS2 supportinga child with Autism. You will be supporting the child with their classwork, keeping them focused and maintaining a positive approach to learning.

As a
Learning Support Assistantprior experience is not required, however additional skills such as arts & crafts, sports, music and additional extra-curricular activities are greatly appreciated, as well as mentoring/coaching experience.

The primary school is based in
Surrey and is a diverse school with a welcoming, community spirit.
