Description

My client is an established housing association looking for a Contracts Coordinator to oversee their responsive repair work social housing projects based at London Bridge properties.

Duties will include;

Managing responsive repairs and/or building safety contracts
Building safety compliance for residential dwellings
Key performance indicators and budgetary control

The post holder reports to the Responsive Repairs Manager and is a member of the team dealing with all responsive repair, maintenance and term contracts and major works.

This post is primarily responsible for ensuring contractors provide value for money,quality services and the clients building and property maintenance and compliance obligations are fully met.

This role is initially a 6-month temporary position - but with a look to be made permanent after these 6 months
