    Job Description:

    At Endeavor, we unite and bring people together in our love of sport, culture, and entertainment. As part of the IMG Studios business, you will be working with global clients including The Premier League, The R&A, DP World Tour, Euroleague Basketball, and Major League Soccer.

    We have built Europe's best-connected broadcast centre at Stockley Park, London, distributing 35,000 hours of content globally and creating some of the world's best sporting coverage. Our facilities include four broadcast studios, fifty edit suites, and a multitude of radio, podcast, dubbing, and VFX facilities.

    This role provides Accounting support to the Production Team, including issuing Purchase Orders, ensuring Vendor Invoices are properly coded and authorised for payment, and managing Production Pre-Paid Cards and Credit Card expenses.

    You will also be responsible for dealing with T&E expenses, raising Client Invoices, and analysing production spend and revenue. This is a fast-paced environment where you will need to be flexible, adaptable, and prepared to work irregular hours.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Issuing Purchase Orders using the SAP system
    • Managing and reconciling Production Pre-Paid Cards and Credit Card expenses
    • Dealing with T&E expenses for all relevant staff
    • Raising Client Invoices using the Stadium system
    • Analysing production spend and revenue

    Requirements:

    • Experience of working in a similar Media related environment within Finance
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
    • Strong numeracy skills
    • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with multiple tasks

    Working Conditions:

    Permanent, Saudi Arabia based

    The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
