Property Litigation Associate Solicitor - Swindon/Bristol

This position is with a leading Legal 200 firm which is recruiting into its very successful property litigation team to be based in either Swindon or Bristol.

Please note you only need to be in the office a minimum of 1 or 2 days per week.
It is seeking a solicitor circa - 7 years' post qualification experience.

In this role your daily caseload will include advising on a wide range of matters including commercial landlord and tenant, rural land and landed estates and its essential that you have leasehold enfranchisement experience across interesting mix of sectorsto include retail, leisure, pension funds, charities and healthcare sectors.

You will give bespoke technical advice rather than high volume, low value work to clients ranging from PLCs and international companies to SMEs, sole traders, trusts and private individuals.

Excellent salary depending on experience.
