Description

A leading global automaker and provider of innovative mobility solutions are currently looking to recruit a Logistics Administrator with immediate start following on-boarding checks.

Annual rate is between 30k to 35k depending on experience.

Hybrid role likely to be 1 day from home and 4 days at the Coventry office

Duration: 3 months

Role involves:
Provide administrative support & analysis across a range of activities:

Self-collection process
Vehicle block/unblock process
Delivery to controlled sites (where restrictions apply)
Process adherence for services completion
Delivery of priority (late) vehicles
Stock in compound analysis "ready for transport (RFT)" v "not ready for transport (NRFT)" identify actions to move NRFT stock to RFT faster.
IT capable in terms of management and use of spreadsheet reports. Ability to use Excel and pivot tables is essential.
Knowledge of Power BI is desirable.
