Description

We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team based in Nuneaton for the next 12 months.

If you are an experienced Administrator with excellent communication and organisational skills, this could be the role for you.


Your responsibilities would include:


  • Data quality checking contracts before processing
  • Processing/ submitting direct sales on internal systems
  • Keeping the sales tracker up to date
  • Opening quotations for the direct sales team
  • Manning of the customer quotes inbox and replying to customers when needed
  • Answering/ making phone calls as and when needed
  • Any other admin duties to support the sales office

  • Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
  • The enthusiasm to overcome challenges and talk about Everflow with passion and pride
  • Strong relationship building skills to instantly build a rapport with a wide variety of people
  • UK Water or other utility industry knowledge (desirable)
  • Working to a high standard with good timekeeping
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
  • The ability to cope well under pressure
  • Selfmotivated and a team player
  • IT Literacy (Microsoft Office)
