Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

UK or European Patent Attorney, finals standard patent attorneys will be considered
Experience with patent drafting, with direct client contact and experience representing clients/employers at the EPO
Commercial IP awareness and business minded.

This role would suit an attorney with in-house experience or an attorney working within private practice who is keen to make the move to an in-house setting.
