Procurement Specialist (Part-Time)


Company Overview
Leading real estate firm specializing in property management, leasing, and investment services. We're a dynamic, growth-oriented company with a strong commitment to providing the highest level of service to our clients. We are currently seeking an organized and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis.


Position Overview


The Procurement Specialist will play a key role in sourcing and securing services and partnerships critical to the success of our real estate operations.

This includes, but is not limited to, procuring agents for property rentals, legal experts for various cases, insurance brokers for policy renewals, and tradesmen for repairs and maintenance.


Location

  • City, London

Work Hours

  • Parttime, approximately 14 hours per week
  • Flexible work schedule

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and select potential vendors, service providers, and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure advantageous terms.
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with current vendors and service providers.
  • Conduct market research to keep abreast of market trends and competitive pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related role.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus.

£21,811.56-£77,380.40 per year
