Description

Working closely with the Head of Sales & Finance & Operations Director you will be joining a capable and winning team.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will have exceptional organisational skills along with a keen eye for detail. You will be naturally curious and a key player within the team.

The primary focus of this role is to support Account Managers and their clients. This is a fast paced, varied role with an extensive learning pathway along with internal progression opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deal with initial customer enquiries.
  • Create quotations.
  • Place orders using Sage Intacct
  • Manage Outlook mailboxes, both coworker and customer specific
  • Arrange product returns.
  • Record product information, including manufacturer data sheets and specification checking.
  • Maintain reports including open purchase orders & back log.
  • Liaise with internal departments, including Finance & Service Delivery
  • Develop and retain portfolio product knowledge as defined by the Account Manager
  • Understand vendor promotions and special bid & deal registration processes.
  • Assist with holiday cover and training of coworkers.
Job Experience and Competencies

  • Understand the IT industry sales channel.
  • Be exceptionally wellorganised and resourceful.
  • Hold outstanding communication skills and be an active listener.
  • Naturally build a rapport with customers, partners and internal coworkers.
  • Have customer service skills for pleasant and productive customer interactions.
  • Ability to multitask various requests and prioritise when needed.

Salary:
£26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
