About Our Client:


I am working with a business in Rugby that are looking for a Purchase Ledger clerk to join their team.


As a Purchase Ledger, you will play a vital role in managing the financial transactions and ensuring the smooth flow of operations.

This is a small - medium size fast growing family business.

Working hours are fully office based.

  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with suppliers and colleagues.
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • An understanding of basic accounting principles.

The Successful Applicant:
