Description

My client is an award winning global logistics business based near Loughton who are currently looking for a Management Accountant to join them on a permanent basis.

Production and review of monthly management accounts
Making sure accruals and other journal entries are completed each month and reconciled to the Balance Sheet
Variance analysis ensuring reporting and investigations of variances to budget for use in senior management meetings
Completion of Balance Sheet reconciliations
Completion of quarterly forecasts
Ensuring sales invoicing is produced prior to deadlines.
Completion of Cash Flow forecasting.
Monthly transactional duties.

The Successful Applicant

Working knowledge of the duties required and the ability to discuss finance related issues to non finance teams in an efficient manner
Strong academics including studying a professional qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
Highly motivated self starter, ability to work to tight deadlines and be driven to succeed
Enthusiastic team player with sound commercial awareness

Please note that this role is full-time office based.
