Client Relations Advisor
This company based in the City are amazing. They are successful, supportive and the people are lovely.

They are looking for a Client Services Advisor to join the fantastic Client Relations team and 80% of your role will be on the phone.

You will be the first point of contact to prospective clients.

You must be warm and sensitive and have experience working in a similar role and be used to difficult situations and comfortable being on the phone.

As the Client Relations Advisor you will speak to a variety of different people including High net worth individuals so need to adapt to whatever the situation might be and build up relationships.

As well as this you will need to respond to online enquiries and other ad-hoc duties.

You must have similar experience and be used to being on the phone a lot and will be required to work in the office 4 days a week and one day from home.

Your hours will be on shifts - either 9-6 or 8-5 (potentially 10-7).
They really look after their staff here and the people are just lovely.
