The role:


We're looking for a new Personal Assistant to support the Group CEO, COO and Directors, to help them perform effectively by providing administrative and clerical support.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and organise schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Maintain filing systems and databases, ensuring information is organised and easily accessible.
  • Work with sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
  • Keep track of important dates, deadlines, and events and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Minute take for meetings with senior level stakeholders

About you:

We're looking for an experienced PA or Office Manager to support our Executive Team.

We're looking for someone with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills who is highly organised, efficient, and used to working in a corporate office environment.

You must have minute taking experience to be considered and have previously dealt with sensitive information in an administrative capacity.


Pay:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
