An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor of 5 PQE to head up this Top 200's L500 ranked Insolvency department based in Gatwick.

Something you will be tasked with continuing as Head of Restructuring & Insolvency.

The Role

Opportunity for a Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor 5 years PQE with a proven track record in this area of law to head up an industryleading team in Gatwick.
You will take on a range of contentious and noncontentious restructurings and insolvencies, with a strong focus on building strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders in order to deliver pragmatic solutions.
You will be responsible for leading and managing our Restructuring & Insolvency team so this is a great opportunity for you to make your mark and implement your ideas.
They are looking for someone with the dynamism, drive and commitment to make a significant contribution to the practice.

Requirements:

Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor 5 years PQE
Excellent technical knowledge of bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring law
Team player who enjoys working collaboratively with excellent managerial skills.
