Team Administrator - 6-month contract

Full-time temporary
Six-month contract but potential for this to become a permanent role
As Team Administrator you will play a important role in assisting the organisation deliver high value evidence to policy makers, practitioners and decision makers about how to enhance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise meetings and events, including stakeholders and key externals, coordinating diaries to ensure maximum effectiveness
- Accountable for the successful administration of internal and external meetings, guaranteeing that they are reasonably planned with regard to timing, venue, catering and resources and that materials, as well as agendas, are arranged and circulated to supportthe event
- Attend a variety of meetings and take high value minutes or notes as necessary
Project Support
- Arranging assessment workshops and supporting material
- Establish the head of evidence and head of data to produce evidence updates
- Build and provide precise records on the customer relationship (CRM) platform
Administration Support
- Present administration funding for data requests as required including monthly and quarterly reporting to the Home Office
- Find research turnouts from other and present to the team as directed
- Proofread documents for both internal and external publication
- Offer document support on evidence outputs
- Commence general clerical and administrative tasks to support the team as required
General
- Ensure systems are up to date
- Complete templates
- Respond to ad hoc tasks
- Book travel and accommodation as required
Key requirements
- GCSE minimum requirement
- Proven track record of building relationships with individuals at all levels within the organisation and externally
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and flexible individual with a helpful, friendly, and informal style
- Can detect and implement new ways of solving problems
- Positive and flexible someone who enjoys being part of a busy team
