Regional Sales Director - Berkshire, United Kingdom - Keystone Bathrooms

We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Director to join Keystone Contracts Ltd, part of the UKPS Group
.
The job will be remote and geography to be covered will include, Surrey, Berkshire, Central London, Buckinghamshire, & Hertfordshire.


Roles And Responsibilities:

• Working with housing developers to secure bathroom specifications
• See projects through on cradle to grave process
• Build relationships with new & existing contractors
• Constantly increase the lead bank of projects
• Actively monitor upcoming projects in view of maximizing opportunities
• Produce a monthly report on project overview/progress and keep a pipeline that is easily accessible
• Work closely with the rest of the specification team to maximize resources and output

Requirements:

• Have a strong reputation in achieving success & winning results
• Established relationships with housing developers.
• Experience with bathroom products is a must.
• Highly organised, with attention to detail

Salary:
£60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus scheme
• Performance bonus
• Quarterly bonus

Experience:

• Bathroom: 5 years (required)
