Orchard Professional Solutions are working with an established and market leading designer and manufacturer of sofas and chairs who are looking for framers / frame workers to join their team

Our Client has over 150 years experience in their field and manufactures from their state-of-the-art factory in rural Nottinghamshire.

They still operate to this day with their founders commitment at the heart of everything they do; to produce beautiful, high-quality designs with the utmost style.

As a Framer in this role you will;

  • Working on a production line
  • Use hand tools / power tools to assemble chair and sofa framing
  • Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
  • Produce component by assembling parts and subassemblies
  • Follow technical drawings
  • Use of wood to assemble chair and sofa framing
- ideally have experience In a similar environment

  • Be able to demonstrate their ability to build framing for sofas and chairs
  • Have experience of working with furniture
  • Be able to travel to the war location
  • Competently and confidently use hand tools / power tools as required
This will be a temp to perm position, working on through Orchard Professional Solutions for the introduction period.

Salary:
From £12.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Sutton-InAshfield, Nottinghamshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Furniture Framing: 1 year (preferred)
